In the in-text citation, the words of the shortened title in quotation marks are capitalized. In the Reference list, only the first word and proper names are capitalized. Move the title to the first position of the reference when there is no author listed.
Whether the page number is required to provide in a citation, it depends. When you cite a direct quotation, you're required to do so. When you include a paraphrase instead, you're encouraged to provide the page number in the citation.
